DJK Discos – Terms & Conditions

Hire of 4ft Light-Up Numbers

These Terms & Conditions apply to the hire of 4ft LED light-up numbers supplied by DJK Discos. By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to the following conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

1. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received.

2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before the event date, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of the deposit.

4. All prices quoted include standard delivery, setup, and collection within the agreed area unless otherwise stated.

2. Delivery, Setup & Collection

1. DJK Discos will deliver and set up the light-up numbers at the agreed venue and time.

2. The customer must ensure adequate space and access to a suitable power supply.

3. Collection will take place either at the end of the event or at a pre-arranged time.

4. If collection is delayed due to restricted access or venue rules, additional charges may apply.

3. Use of Equipment

1. The light-up numbers are for indoor use only unless agreed in advance.

2. The equipment must not be moved, tampered with, or used in an unsafe manner.

3. DJK Discos accepts no responsibility for injuries or damage caused by misuse of the equipment.

4. The numbers must remain in the position they were installed unless moved by a DJK Discos representative.

4. Responsibility & Damage

1. The customer is responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until collection.

2. Any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment during this time will be charged to the customer.

3. Charges will reflect the repair or replacement cost of the equipment.

5. Cancellations

1. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer.

2. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the event, the full balance may still be payable.

3. DJK Discos reserves the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

6. Venue Requirements

1. The customer must ensure the venue allows the use of electrical equipment and decorative lighting.

2. DJK Discos will not be held responsible if venue restrictions prevent setup.

7. Liability

1. DJK Discos holds appropriate public liability insurance.

2. DJK Discos shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the hire.

8. Agreement

By paying a deposit or confirming the booking, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
