DJK Discos – Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

 

1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed once a booking form (where applicable) and deposit/booking fee have been received.

1.2 DJK Discos reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.

 

2. Booking Fee & Payments

 

2.1 A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date.

2.2 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before the event

2.3 Failure to pay the balance in full by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking, with no refund of the booking fee.

 

3. Cancellations

 

3.1 All booking fees are strictly non-refundable.

3.2 If you cancel your event more than 28 Days before the event date, no further payment will be required.

3.3 If cancellation occurs within 48hours of the event, the full balance may still be payable.

3.4 If DJK Discos is forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, equipment failure, emergencies), all monies paid (including booking fee) will be refunded in full.

 

4. Venue Requirements

 

4.1 The client is responsible for ensuring the venue has adequate power supply and safe access for setting up equipment.

4.2 The client must inform DJK Discos of any venue restrictions (e.g. sound limiters, access times, insurance requirements).

4.3 Sufficient time must be provided for setting up and dismantling equipment.

 

5. Performance

 

5.1 DJK Discos will play a wide range of music tailored to the event and will consider specific requests where possible.

5.2 The DJ reserves the right to refuse to play inappropriate or offensive material.

5.3 The DJ reserves the right to stop the performance if they feel their safety or equipment is at risk.

 

6. Liability

 

6.1 DJK Discos accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage caused by third parties or venue staff.

6.2 The client is responsible for any damage caused to DJK Discos equipment by guests, venue staff, or the client themselves.

6.3 DJK Discos holds Public Liability Insurance and all equipment is PAT tested where required.

 

7. Force Majeure

 

7.1 DJK Discos will not be liable for failure to attend or perform if prevented by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: accidents, severe weather, power failure, illness, or acts of God.

 

8. Agreement

 

8.1 By paying the booking fee, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

8.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales
